I cherry picked this line from your report. "And producer prices shot up by the biggest amount in seven months in January." Corporate profits are also at an all time high. Why are they raising prices? Because they can. With the mergers and less competition they can monopolize and all the fed can do is raise interest rates which hurts the consumer. IMHO we need anti trust laws to limit corporate greed.

That transitory inflation has been in transit for a long time now.
Looks like there is no way to paper ove this mess with printed money and magic tricks from the Fed.
